New Structures:

≤ 1,500 sq ft $ 30.00

> 1,500 sq ft and ≤ 2,000 $ 45.00

> 2,000 sq ft and ≤ 3,000 $ 90.00

> 3,000 sq ft and ≤ 4,000 $ 120.00

> 4,000 sq ft $ 150.00

Alteration and Repairs $ 30.00

Calculation of square footage will exclude:

· Porches,

· Carports,

· Garages,

· Other similar areas (as department determines).

SOIL PIT EXCAVATION FEE * $ 250

*Soil pits maybe done by client or

excavator of his choice and no fee
